Shipping policy
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Times We ship to customers in the United States and internationally. Estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 6–15 business days
- International: 10–21 business days

Tracking Your Order Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your shipment's progress. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.
Customs & Import Duties For international orders, customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at rsgetright@gmail.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at rsgetright@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
